So fellas--after putting together the first two days' worth of stats, it was suggested that we have a separate column for total points accrued (the 8 pts for 1st place in a category, then 7, 6, etc...) on the spreadsheet.
My only question is this:
How should we handle the possibility of a tie in a category?
For example, if we have 2 teams in 3rd place, would they both get 6 pts?
Or would we have a tiebreaker of some sort?

I think both teams should get the max points. So if 2 teams are tied for 1st, they both get 8 pts. Then the 3rd place team still only gets 6, no one receives 7 for that category. Just my thoughts.
